CERTIFIED RIGGING LEVEL 2 TRAINING:

Designed for the Journeyman rigger teaches rigging principles and methods. You will learn calculating methods job planning hitches lift plans load turning and pre-use inspections. And covers the following topics:

  • Lift planning
  • D/d ratios
  • Below the hook lifter applications
  • Rigging hardware and rating charts
  • Load angle factors and how to calculate the tension

2 – 8 HOUR DAY CLASS WITH TESTING

CERTIFIED HAND SIGNAL TRAINING:

Provides the training necessary to signal a crane and to be a designated spotter FOR A CRANE operator if a power line is with in the reach of the crane. And covers the following topics:

  • OSHA Regulations
  • ASME Regulations
  • Hand, Voice and Audible signals
  • Crane dynamics involved in lifting and swinging a load
  • Crane charts and limitations
  • Signal person responsibilities
  • When a signal person is required
  • Clearances from power lines

5 HOURS CLASS WITH WRITTEN AND ORAL TESTING (AVAILABLE IN SPANISH)

LOAD TESTING:

Of your lifting beam fixture or device including small jib cranes.

CONSULTING SERVICES:

Onsite compliance inspections and recommendations done on hourly rate.
